Business ethics and anti-corruption
We have developed ethical guidelines that all employees, as well as others who act on behalf of our company, shall follow. Any form of corruption, bribery, irregularity or fraud shall be identified and investigated as early as possible. All employees shall be able to notify if irregularities occur, and a whistle-blower function has therefore been developed. Information about this function has been translated into the local languages of each country.
Digital training programme
To ensure that information about Beijer Ref’s ethical requirements reaches employees in the right way, the group has implemented a digital training programme in its subsidiaries. This addresses issues of ethics and morality, among other things. This in itself can lead to greater diversity and a more inclusive workplace.
