Beijer Ref’s annual general meeting is held in the Malmö area during the first half of the year. Notice of the annual general meeting is published no earlier than six to four weeks before the meeting. At the annual general meeting, questions regarding, among other things, dividends, determination of the profit and loss account and balance sheet, discharge of liability for the board members and the CEO, decisions on the number of board members and the election of the board for the period up to and including the next annual general meeting are examined.
