As a result of the share split (3:1) approved by the annual general meeting in Beijer Ref on 5 April 2018, the number of shares in Beijer Ref has increased by 84,956,460. The total number of shares as per 30 April 2018 amounts to 127,434,690 of which 9,918,720 shares of series A and 117,515,970 shares of series B, corresponding to in total 216,703,170 votes.

As a result of the share split, the shares in Beijer Ref have changed ISIN codes. The new ISIN code for the series A share is SE0011116490 and the new ISIN code for the series B share is SE0011116508.

The share capital of SEK 371,684,512.50 remains unchanged and the par value of the share has changed from SEK 8.75 to approximately SEK 2.92.
