Beijer Ref’s Annual General Meeting will be held as planned. However, due to the uncertainty surrounding the corona virus, several precautionary measures have been taken to reduce the risk of spreading the infection.

The Annual General Meeting starts as planned at 15:00, but the incorporation will only take place from 14:15. Food and drink will not be served, and the traditional meal in connection with the AGM is cancelled. The CEO’s speech will be shortened and will be available on the company’s website after the meeting and shareholders’ questions will be concentrated around decision points on the agenda.

If you, as registered for Beijer Ref’s Annual General Meeting, have been in a risk area at any time during the last 14 days before the meeting takes place, or if you have been in close contact with someone infected with the new corona virus, Beijer Ref wishes you to abstain from attending. This is to avoid further spread of infection. Our guidelines are based on the Public Health Agency’s list of designated areas.

We would like to remind you of the opportunity not to attend in person at Beijer Ref’s Annual General Meeting, but instead to attend via a representative. A proxy form is available on the company’s website www.beijerref.com. Beijer Ref also wants to encourage shareholders to avoid using the opportunity to bring associates as much as possible.

We ask for shareholders’ understanding that Beijer Ref limits the annual general meeting according to the above, given the special conditions that currently exist as a result of the new corona virus.

Beijer Ref is following the events very closely and will, if necessary, update these precautionary measures described above before the AGM. We ask everyone who intends to attend the AGM to stay updated via www.beijerref.com regarding any further measures.
