A decentralised organisation

Beijer Ref has always worked according to a decentralised organisational model, where freedom with responsibility has been important for the group’s success over the years.

This means that local management has the authority to make decisions. The goal is to create effective local companies that work closely with their markets and receive the support they need from head office.

Of the group’s 3,700 employees, 20 or so work in central functions.
